Ann Betz, is an experienced executive coach, leadership trainer, and advanced coaching facilitator, and has been a leader in mapping the intricacies of neuroscience to the art and science of the coaching profession. Since her initial white paper on coaching and neuroscience for the Coaches Training Institute in 2012, Ann has researched and written extensively on the connections between the skills and tools of professional coaching and current research in neuroscience. Ann is a founding partner in BEabove Leadership, a leadership, and organizational transformation company. above provides leadership training, consulting, and coaching focused on increasing personal and organizational effectiveness. Among other programs, BEabove Leadership also offers an advanced coach training series for certified coaches, focused on the neuroscience of coaching and transformation. Ann is an adjunct faculty member of the University of Texas, teaching neuroscience in their Organizational Behavior and Coaching Program and also consults on neuroscience with the ICF.
